Mae Sri Nuan enjoys a few moment to take a sand bathing in the evening. Normally, the elephants put sand or dirt on their bodies, presumably to keep parasites away or to help dry themselves after exercise or becoming wet. This picture is our tension relief. Once we look at our beautiful giant living their life in the natural way, we realize that many other elephants need to get this chance as well.
