On May 2nd is WanMai’s very first birthday. She is a year old happiest elephant living freely with her mother, MaeMai and the best nanny, granny SriNuan.

Happy Birthday beautiful girl, WanMai. As you continue to grow you’re turning into an amazing young girl. We hope you have the most fabulous day as you truly deserve it.

Yesterday, we celebrated her birthday with many delicious fruits cakes from her kind supporters. WanMai really enjoyed the cake and shared with her mother and her nanny. She also had a great fun when she step on the cake as little girl was so excited with the juicy fruits cake.

A huge thank you to everyone for your generosity. We will do our best to provide the good care for her and her family.

Flashback Friday 1 September 2023: WanMai’s life Before & After Rescue

Now, WanMai, MaeMai, and Sri Nuan are inseparable, with mother and nanny sharing the responsibilities of caring for the sweet but mischievous WanMai. We are so happy to have been able to rescue WanMai at such a young age (thanks to the generosity of Noelle), knowing that she will be able to thrive in her new home and never be sold away from her family into the working camps.
