Myself and my girlfriend Judith visited the park a few months ago for two
days and one night during a four month trip of South East Asia. It really was an
amazing experience and the highlight of a really fantastic trip. We haven't been
able to recommend the park strongly enough to people and anyone who has gone on
our recommendation has been as blown away by the place as we were.
The work that
is being carried out by all the staff there is incredible and hugely important.
perhaps the most important thing that we took from the experience was a little
knowledge of the horrific treatment of the vast majority of elephants involved
in tourism in Thailand and Asia as a whole. I wish them all the best in their
great work and thank them for incredible memories. If anyone reading this is
considering going to the park, make sure you don't miss the chance!
