charge to Mr. Damrong Pidhet as
he is negligent in his duty
since there are eleven Hmong people have

officials haven't arrested them.

he need everything follow
justice
and make the law to be the law.
19th Mar 12 - Lakdham Sridham Pol.Lt.Col, the
inquiry official of Um Phang police station, Tak province
comes to Mae Sord Court to entry a charge to
Mr. Damrong Pidhet the general director of the Department
of National Parks (DNP) and Mr. Opas Piensathaporn the
director of the Office of Forest Conservation, who are the
first and second defendant as they have guilty of negligence in their duties.
The inquiry official states that the reason to charge the DNP
leaders follows after Mr. Damrong and Mr. Opas ordered the DNP troops
to blockaded Mae Klong Noi village in order to arrest the Hmong
people who has been suspected that they were the people who
arrested and detained the DNP officials last couple weeks ago.
Then Mr. Damrong gave an interview to local journalists that
there were many Hmong who have invaded the conserved forest at
Mae Krong Noi village, but after that the DNP officials haven't processed any arrest with them. That's mean the DNP
leaders are negligent with their duties since they have power to
order their staffs to arrest them directly. They have known that these Hmong people have guilty but never arrest them!
Lakdham Sridham Pol.Lt.Col, said that there is no offence
between him and Mr. Damrong
and Mr. Opas before. But this charge follow justice and
need the
law to be a standard.
