03 December 2011 our founder Lek received the prestigious "Good Deed
Award" in recognition of her contribution to the welfare of mankind
The event was held at Le Meridian
Bristol Warsaw and was presented by by
Lech Walesa president and member of
Chapter and Dr H.C Waladystaw
Bartoszewski.
Mr Lech Walesa was the first formal
president of Free Poland and he was the
leader of Solidarity for which he
received the Noble Prize from his work.
05 Dec Lek was invited to speak about
elephants and her conservation work at
University Jana Zamoyskiego at Eastern
Poland where over 200 students came to
listen.
